Our cattle are grazed on wild native pastures and lush fields of sainfoin, free of synthetic fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides. We graze our cattle in a way that enhances our environment and preserves and promotes the natural biology of the soil.

We strive to produce the healthiest beef available. We are proud to raise our cattle in accordance with the Verified Non-GMO Project.

Our cattle are born, raised and finished entirely on grass.

Our beef is free of all antibiotics.

We never use any added growth promoting hormones.

We utilize holistic health practices such as low stress cattle handling, year around organic salt and minerals and apple cider vinegar to supplement and support our cattle's natural immune system.
